退款政策

At Summit 7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help under the following terms and conditions:

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Condition of the Product

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of physical damage caused after delivery or during your usage will not be accepted for a return.
Any product that has been opened, tested, or used by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
